Sketch N Scrap Bonus Sketch!

Just in time for Christmas! Here is a bonus sketch from Sketch N Scrap. We have some awesome prizes this month and an extra layout gets you an extra chance to win!!

For my layout I took three photos of Brileigh. It was daddy's birthday and we decided to bake cupcakes. This was her first time helping in the kitchen and she was a pro!
For the title piece, I layered two title pieces from MME and a layer of matching pink paper. I also added a sticker strip to extend the title.
This layout is predominantly pink but I layered the journaling spot with a turquoise for a little extra color, taking that color out of the photo as Brileigh is wearing pink & turquoise.
I added little banners under the photos by stamping on white paper, cutting them into pennants and layering them on pink paper with buttons. I also used my foam daubers to add a little pink ink around the edges of the paper.
Items I used in this layout:
My Minds Eye • Stella & Rose • Memories Woven Paper
My Minds Eye • Stella & Rose • Gertie Little One Title
My Minds Eye • Stella & Rose • Style #23 Buttons

Sketch N Scrap Challenge #23

Last challenge of the YEAR! Can you believe it? I have been having so much fun with Sketch-N-Scrap and I hope I have given you inspiration and the desire to play along with us.

Okay, who doesn't have a grumpy day now and then? On this particular morning my daughter certainly had her grump on. I snapped the first picture of her staring into space and then she gave me that how dare you look in the second photo.
I guess you can't be a chipper princess every day... I used the cloud pieces over her head and added pop dots to two of them for dimension.
I layered banner pieces for a fun look and stamped the letters on them for the title. I also stamped out the subtitle by the photo.
Products I used in this layout:
My Little Shoebox • Sew Cute • Nothing But Buttons
My Little Shoebox • Pretty Little Things • Just Add Water
My Little Shoebox • Garden Party • Blooming Trails
My Little Shoebox • Garden Party • Roll Up Flower

New Kits & Video

Ever so slowly, I am checking off things on my to do list. That means life is getting back to normal. Yay! Healthy kids, nights full of sleeping. I remember what that was like!

So I put together another quick youtube video showing you how easy it is to make these great post it note holders. What a fun gift! Check out the video RIGHT HERE!
I also got two more paper cone wreath kits put together. This one is Icicles:
And here is Snowballs:
They are made from Fancy Pants paper from the Blissful Blizzard collection. They have wintery names but they would fit in any year round decor as there isn't really anything particularly "Christmas" about them. You can click on the photos to go to the ebay auctions that I have them listed on or go to my WEBSITE HERE.

Sketch N Scrap Challenge #22

Brrr, That's all I have to say! I know I did this last month, but when it gets cold out, I go digging through my summer photos for some instant warmth. Here is the sketch for the new Sketch-N-Scrap challenge. Make sure you get yours uploaded to the site for a chance to win!
The kids were getting pretty daring at the park this last year. They really came to love the twisty slide!
For the title piece, I used my cricut to cut the word fun out. I stuck it on a tag and used pop dots to bring it off the page a touch. The rest of the title I stamped out.
I love working with multiple photos on a layout because you can really tell a story with them!
Products I used in this layout:
Deja Views • Little Ones Collection
Bo Bunny • On the Go • Chip Stickers
