Sketch N Scrap Layout Challenge #195

I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentines Day yesterday!

I've got a sketch for you today that I designed for Sketch-N-Scrap. I've seen what the design team came up with using my sketch and you all have to check them out. They did a lot of fun things representing that flower boarder. So head over to the SNS Blog and check it out. Also upload your take on my sketch for a chance to win a prize.
In December I scored some awesome tickets to the NCAA DIV I Volleyball tournament in Lincoln, Nebraska. My daughter had been begging to go to a game all season so I surprised her with these tickets. Not only did we have great seats, we made it on TV and on the front page of the Lincoln News Paper. And if that wasn't enough, she got to meet a bunch of the players, getting their signatures on her volleyball. Not bad for her first game. I'm not sure how I'll out do this experience!
So February snuck up on me and I didn't have my layout done for the 1st. I had already planned it out and was using coordinating photos and papers from the 15th layout. So I decided to include it in this post. Better late than never right?!
While Brileigh got to meet a lot of the Husker Volleyball Players, Lauren is her favorite player. She was very excited to get her picture taken with her. She also liked touring the Devaney Center, looking at the history of Nebraska Volleyball.
I seriously don't know how I'm going to out do this experience. It was epic...

Sketch N Scrap Card Challenge #163

Here is a sketch I designed for Sketch-N-Scrap. The design team came up with so many beautiful examples, make sure you go check them out.
I picked up a new flower stamp and die set from Concord & 9th called Pallets & Petals. I chose 2 flowers and a leaf and stamped a bunch of them in multiple colors. Once I die cut them out I had a large pile of flowers to play with. It's always handy for me to make extras so I have them for future projects.
