I'm here to give you some Christmas inspiration with the last regular layout sketch of the year for you from Sketch-N-Scrap.
Since the kids have been old enough to hang ornaments on the Christmas tree, I've enjoyed taking photos of them decorating and then scrapping them.
I'm including in this post my layout from the SNS 12/1 sketch. I was late getting it done. Just so you know, you have all month to play along with all of the sketches on the SNS blog!
Lisa has a super fun card sketch for you all to work on over your holiday break. Check Sketch-N-Scrap out to see what the design team members created based on the sketch.
For my card, I water colored some flower die cuts and them layered them for a eye catching embellishment. The stamp I used is from Ranger, Letter it, Birthday.
Can you believe it already November? This year has just flown by! There are a few more sketches yet this year to enjoy over at Sketch-N-Scrap. Here is the first one of the month from Lisa.
We had a lot of fun dress up days for Homecoming this year. One was Disney Dress Up day. We had a lot of fun getting ready for this. We had Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Captain Jack Sparrow and Sarah Sanderson from Hocus Pocus.
We are half way through October so that means it is time for my sketch featured over at Sketch-N-Scrap. Make sure you head on over to the SNS blog to see what the design team members did with this sketch.
Continuing our fun with Homecoming week, Brileigh was just waiting for the blue and gold day so she could have her hair colored blue and gold.
I'm back today with a card sketch I designed for Sketch-N-Scrap. The design team has come up with some fun cards based on the sketch, make sure you head on over to the SNS Blog to check them out.
For my card I stuck pretty close to the sketch and used a die for the word happy, coloring it with distress inks.
Welcome to October! Fall has finally come to Nebraska, maybe a little to harsh for some people as temperatures have swung 30 plus degrees from day to day. Now that it is colder it is easier to stay in and work on my scrap booking! Lisa has a fun sketch to work with today over at Sketch-N-Scrap.
This last week the kids got to dress up every day for Homecoming week. One day was called color wars, as every class has their own color. 3rd grade if you can't tell is purple. Brileigh had the most fun with this getting all decked out while her brothers settled for their purple class shirts.
