Sketch N Scrap Card Challenge #49

If you are like me and have graduations to attend this month, you'll be in need of some pretty awesome cards. Sketch-N-Scrap is here to help you with a little sketch inspiration. We have a ton of layout sketches and challenges for you this month, being our 3rd anniversary, but we also have some cards. Don't forget to show us your creation based on this sketch at the SNS blog!
My last card post on April 20th, I talked about Watercolor Smooshing and I applied that technique to this card. The background has a fun yellow blue watercolor effect and I used that color combo to finish off the card, cutting out various circle and flower shapes, layering them up.
