Where Have I Been?

Well we've been up to a lot lately. The babies are getting good at sitting up. They do good until they get too excited and then they face plant. Their legs are getting stronger as well. The boys will stand up really good, but Brileigh has a case of the jello legs. They are almost getting up on all fours. That is kind of scary. I don't know what it is going to be like when they are crawling all over the place!

We've been working on hair styles, I don't know if this one is going to last... Brileigh has the worst bed head!

We do a little fighting. I think the most spoken word our household is going to hear in the future is SHARE!

And we play so hard, we often fall asleep in our chairs.

We've also tried some new things! Crackers are a lot of fun. They taste good and they make a great mess!

And what have I been up to? Well, many years ago, someone thought it would be a neat idea to put ceiling texture on walls! After years of living with those pokey ugly walls I decided I was going to change it. I am getting new carpet, so now is the perfect time. After some long days of sanding, I have smooth walls. And a very dusty house. I've started painting, so hopefully I'll have that all done before the carpet gets laid. Here is a shot of the sanded walls before priming.

Oh and what a surprise when I pulled the carpet up. This nice textured floor! The carpet I removed was blue, which I thought was bad enough. But I can't imagine what they had to go with this! I hope there is no problem laying tile over that, as I've got that planned for in front of the door.

I'll post some finished photos when I'm done!

How can those Babies get "sweet"-er
with each post?? Those blue eyes and button nose stole my heart. Her hair looks perfect to me;)

I love the pic's of them sleeping in the walkers. It brings back fond memories for me.

You have been busy...what work that must have been and perfect timing before they are really mobile. You will get your work out once they start crawling. I m sure it will be in 3 different directions!!!

So glad you posted, I had been thinking of you just yesterday. God Bless you and that beautiful family if yours.
