New Listings for the week
I ended up only getting 3 new items listed on eBay yesterday. I had company so I wasn't able to add everything I wanted. I may list some more items tonight, we'll see how the day goes.
If you saw my Work Tray Wednesday post from last week, I had purchased a bunch of items from Good Will. This is one of them. After giving it a good scrub, sanding and paint job, this little tray is the perfect size for holding your Project Life cards on your desk
Another of my Good Will finds, this hand made candle box lost it's bad stain job and was rejuvenated with paint and a waxing.
Lastly I put up a summer mini album for sale. There is a video in the listing that shows all of the goodies inside. This album will hold up to 50 photos!
This is all for now, but like I said, I may add some more things this evening if I can get to it. Click on the eBay button above to visit my listings.

Mini Book #24
Oh Hellooooo! That's right I'm finally back with another mini book in my Roxi Philips Mini Books, Make it in Minutes. It's been 11 months since the last book and that is way too long! You can check out the video for this book right HERE.
If you didn't see my post from earlier today I uploaded another album, a mixed media piece, make sure to check that one out as well! Thanks for watching!
New Video!
I know! It's been a while!
I dusted off the video camera and got to work creating this framed mixed media piece. You can watch the video HERE.
Guess what else? While I had the camera set up I filled another installment in my mini book series! I'm editing that video now, so you can expect it today or tomorrow.

Sketch N Scrap Card Challenge #48
Our last challenge of the month over at Sketch-N-Scrap is this fun card. Make sure you upload yours to the blog by the end of the month for a chance to win a prize!
I have been inspired lately by youtube videos. When I can't run outside and I'm stuck on my treadmill, I set my ipad up on it to watch videos while I plug away miles. One video that I watched featured watercolor backgrounds on cards. The technique was called Watercolor Smooshing. I used Distress Inks and got a bigger coverage than they did in the video but it was fun to add a unique color pattern to the cards. You'll see more "smooshing" on my cards in the future.

On this particular night I was scrambling to get things done. The kids had played outside and were covered in dirt. I asked their dad to help out by getting them in the tub. He decided to let them take a bath in MY tub. Not realizing that jets can create a lot of bubbles he poured in ample amounts of bubble bath. There was no complaining out of the kids!

April Twistback Challenge
It's time for April's twistback challenge over at Sketch-N-Scrap. This sketch is from October 2012 and the twist is to use a mask or stencil with ink or paint.
I used two different stencils in my layout. The first one I pulled out was this herringbone that I just purchased at Hobby Lobby. I found it in the isle with all of the home decor stencils. I actually purchased a few different patterns. They are pretty inexpensive as far as stencils go. Not as thick of plastic as craft ones so I don't know how long they will hold up or if I'll be able to use them with my dimensional pastes. Time will tell, but it was certainly worth the $3 to try it out!
The second stencil I used was on the green butterfly. This one was a Tim Holtz burlap stencil.
Our neighbors raise goats and we went over the other day to check the babies out. It happened to be feeding time so everyone got a turn bottle feeding a baby goat. The kids want to walk over daily now to check the other "kids" growing progress.

Sketch N Scrap Card Challenge #47
Here is another card sketch for you to play along with from Sketch-N-Scrap.
I started my card by digging through my scraps. Once I pulled out the background paper I knew using red for the banner would accent the red in the floral pattern. The sentiment piece was made using product from PaperTrey Ink.
